It is worse than annoying, and I have made several calls to Spectrum CS with no resolution. They are blaming me and my device, when it is their responsibility to code their app to be compatible with all devices. It is beyond frustrating. They have no fix. Jim M. The problem I am having and believe me that I have exhausted every connection scenario is that my local channels flip flop from Pittsburgh to Cleveland channels several times a day.
To the point where I canceled my cable TV. My setup is a 10 as the tech told me. Believe me I have done all the cookie cutter resets, delete apps, re-install fixes. Totally frustrated. I have spent hours on the phone with them and they have reset my channels and they will be fine until around 10 minutes later! Then from Cleveland to Pittsburgh and any combo of this one missing and that one missing.

Anyone answer this question. The contract between the two ended a couple of weeks ago, and until a new contract is approved you won't have access to it. I have no idea whom to point the finger at in this argument, as I'm not a Spectrum customer. But usually it's the provider Spectrum that is balking at terms that other companies are fine with.
Another recent example was HBO. Again, it was a contract dispute. View solution in original post. I do not know who is at fault but at least Spectrum has the decency to talk to us about it.
