Game stuck in download queue windows 10

Zombies Heroes Other Plants vs. June I recently downloaded Origin on my computer, everything was fine until I tried to download The Sims 4. I am running on Windows 7, and I have tried seemingly everything. From running Origin in admin, to downloading Origin Legacy, to changing the anti virus software, deleting the files and reinstalling them. Nothing seems to work. This is my dads computer, and he has many different programs on it. Also, I downloaded Steam and the games on there downloaded and installed brilliantly!

February My copy of Origin even a fresh install never created the Origin Downloadcache folder Manually creating the folder in the root of the drive the games where in and rebooting origin managed to successfully get the game to download.

I tried downloading directly from the MS but it's stuck. I've several apps waiting for update there. I tried WSreset but nothing changes. As this is an old thread, I will be locking this one.
